    It usually goes into the franchise's account at the upper org
    and then it can be used or traded just like real money.
    Other meat can be selected for upper org services and the
    money paid to the franchise.  The franchise's money on
    account at the upper org is then depleted by the public meat.

    Same difference as being paid the money personally.
