It was *totally* bogus! I said so in the deposition. Doesn't anybody read anymore? You were at the hearing, right Carl? Didn't you notice that Cooley put the big blowup of the document with it's back to me. I never did see what he was showing the court. I was shown a number of documents and asked about them at the deposition. Not one of them was a non disclosure agreement with my valid sig on it. Not a single one! >i'd *love* to read your deposition; i've looked for it for months and >haven't seen it. i've looked on the EFF web page and don't recognize >it if it's there. can you give a title or more specific URL that would >enable me to locate it? i'd appreciate if you'd email me this as well, >as our newsfeed only keeps a day or two of traffic, and i am sometimes >away long enough that i miss things. I had understood that it had been transcribed and put on the net somewhere. I don't have a digital copy, nor can I co-operate in publishing the text without losing some immunity, I have been inFormed. Someone out there has it and could put it up if it hasn't already been done. I was sure that someone got it from the court. I guess it wasn't that interesting after all. Oh well. I apologize to WebWalker. +--------------------------------------+ Rev. Dennis L Erlich * * the inFormer * * dennis.l.erlich@support.com + inForm@primenet.com "tar baby"
