By letting the church pick the battleground, much >has been lost, I fear. You are wrong, lawyer-person. Of course if I could go back in time and to attempt to make this fraud public newly, knowing what I know now, I would be much more careful to cover my *ss. Perhaps Arnie would've too. The war I was fighting is virtually over and won. People know the scam now. Whatever way the courts (juries) rule in these matters (and I still think those of us trying to expose this dangerous fascist cult will prevail in court and collect huge, organization-toppling damages), the cult has been exposed for what it is. They will never be able to "spin" the truth of that away. I suppose your lawyer world-view may preclude you seeing this as anything but a legal battle. But it is not that. The law is incidental to what we are trying to achieve. The lawmakers will get up to speed with the times, or our grandchildren will be living in a fascist state. With f*cking Sonny Bono telling us what we can have on our hard disk. This is a battle to reform a criminal organization which some deluded folk ignorantly hold as their religion. I say ignorantly, because they don't even bother to find out if there is any truth to the auful things being said about the cult. Reform is what we are after, and by God, reform is what we will achieve. And you can take *that* to the bank. +--------------------------------------+ Rev.
