I don't think a judge in a civil case can make a criminal ruling except contempt. But I could be wrong. I'm sure one of these honorable Federal Magistrates could convene a Federal Grand Jury to investigate allegations of criminal mis-conduct. Probably just too much trouble to do, though. This bulls*it will just bounce around in the Federal Courts for the next 25 years, and cost the taxpayers of the US another 100 million dollars on top of the millions in lost tax revenues the scienos haven't paid to support the judicial system they to which avail themselves so gluttonously. >Just thinking...
