Here is perhaps the outer limit of your logic. You then proceed on based on your inherent sense of right and wrong. Diane is being realistic. The proposition you cite above regarding public interest has rarely been sufficiently important to the government to allow whistleblowers like us to "kick over the stone" on the more sordid, little, dirty deals our elected and appointed leaders engaged in at the expense of the defenseless and unrepresented. Inotherwords, Phatt Phucking Chance. You, Aytch, are being the idealist. It'd be nice if the US worked that way. Never has yet, in the long run. Always sells out to those making the profit. That's why these cases all involve Commercial Law. Uniform Commercial Code. Admiralty Court, I believe it's called. Not Common Law. I am being tried in "their" court, as a commercial entity. Not as a Sovereign Citizen of the United States of America. That's why Judge Whyte could totally disregard my 1st, 4th and 14th Amendment rights and issue the Seizure Order on my home. He treated me like a business - not a citizen - because that's the way the scienos portrayed me to him. >>there is significant public interest served, on the other >>hand, by making publicly and freely available the secrets >>of this criminal cult, which are not available and never >>will be available at a fair price from the copyright owners, >>or rather those who purport to be the copyright owners, >>who are hiding behind copyright laws to be able to run >>a bait-and-switch corrupt organization based on fraud >>and deceit, and who regularly lie about their real beliefs >>and doctrines in order to further their criminal enterprise. > >Actually, henry, I think a summary of the material, quoting >the important parts, is a much more effective way of publicizing >this crap. The right to assist an inFormed public to make sensible choices is at the acme of all others in what is purported to be a free, democratic society. And the internet is the most important tool for social change since the invention of Rock and Roll. So git on down wid it, y'all! +--------------------------------------+ Rev.
