Perhaps it could be found to have created undeserved damage, but only if the cult had clean hands. (which it don't) It was the exercise of an inalienable right: to speak out against fraud and deception in our society. Had the right not been exercised, it would have been lost by default. This way our rights get argued in a court of law. Someone has to sign his name to the ruling that says: You do not have that right. We are saying: THIS *IS* OUR RIGHT! Not: We are doing these illegal things because they are right. Big difference, Diane.
