    Pope,

    The justice system is not written to be useable by citizens.
    It is written to be useful *only* to those with money.

    I am fully fed up with what passes for justice in this
    country.

    Even if Whyte vacates the Writ of Seizure and TRO against me,
    my life has been reduced to shambles.  I now have no savings.
    I have no job.  I have no home.  I cannot have a bank account 
    because the scienos have arranged for my venomous ex-wife to 
    be able to seize it from now on.  
    
    Months and months of waiting just to have the protection 
    supposedly written into the f*cking Bill of Rights given back 
    to me.  
    
    I probably just imagined I had it before.  Lucky I tried to use 
    my so-called freedom of speech. If I hadn't, I would have gone 
    on indefinately in the deluded belief that the First Amendment 
    actually meant something.  <snort>

    The idea of equal protection under the law is something taught 
    to school kids so that they will behave and grow up to be quiet, 
    unthinking consumers.

    I am ashamed to be American.  The only thing we have to
    export to the rest of the world is our own terminally ill,
    diseased culture <spit>.
