No, my case, fortunately, is not being carried on the back of those of us saving up to get new brakes for our old car. MoFo has underwritten the heavy expenses. Only the costs of copying, depostitions and phones are being billed. The defense fund seems to be keeping up. >We can only hope that enough people can open their eyes and see what is >going on, and take a stand against those who would abuse the innocent >victims. Any help, even your kind thoughts, is appreciated. >[name withheld] >[e-mail address withheld] I realized that I am in the process of becoming bitter about my plight and would like to reverse that course. I can ill afford my heart to be filled with hatred, loathing and the desire for revenge (although a case could be made justifying same). So, for the sake of those friends that I have mistreated by my edgyness, I am going to tone down my approach to my plight. Bruce I perfer not to engage in this type of "flagburning rhetoric", however I believe sometimes these things must be pointed out to our snoozing citizens. Our society has a long way to go, just to classify itself as civilized. +--------------------------------+ On another subject, is it my imagination or is ars being bombed by the scienos now? Some jerk is uploading a tape? This is being done to clog the newsgroup, right? +--------------------------------+ Me and MoFo are very pleased with the Factnet and Post victories. That Arnie, the Post and Factnet have joined me in staking out some First Amendment territory, is, of course, a blessing to my previously "way out on my own limb" legal position. I can't comment beyond saying that I am very pleased that Factnet and the Post got something resembling justice in less than EIGHT F*CKING MONTHS of being deprived of their First Amendment Rights! I guess Whyteman's making sure all the "eyes" are dotted and "tees" are crossed before he gives a badboy like me the right to say anything controversial. BTW, if you want me to see or answer something from ars, you better e-mail it to me until further notice. The newsgroup is getting difficult for me to wade through in the time I have allotted. Thanks for your support. +--------------------------------------+ Rev. Dennis L Erlich * * the inFormer * * dennis.l.erlich@support.com + inForm@primenet.com "tar baby"
