    Right.  Brinkema obviously thinks that my civil rights matter.  
    
    Whyte, OTOH, needs 8 months to decide.  No problem.  If I crack
    up, buy an assault weapon and start killing innocent passersby,
    it will just prove that I shouldn'ta had rights in the 
    *first* place.
