The government (in the form of a federal court) has taken away my right to fight a criminal enterprise that *they* won't go after because of cowardice and fear of revealing their own Dirty Little Deals[tm], as I know would from years and years of study would be most effective to bring the cult to justice. They have taken the material from me that I need to refute and criticize my former religion . My persuit of happiness (that "inalienable right" which I am exercizing in my attempt to stop the scienos from defrauding the American public) is being severly thwarted. > - Not every lawyer is a scumbag. Never said anything like that, nor is that what I think. >Tilman I'll tell you what bugs me about Greenberg, besides that his rhetoric is so oily and overstated. He will not tell us his postition on the cult of scientology, its actions to censor the net, or abuse of the the legal system. He shows ignorance of scientology to such a degree that I doubt seriously that he has read the main three books on it (Atack, Corydon, Russell), familiarized himself with the web sites relating to the cult, or read anything on ars but the threads with his name in them. (If this is an incorrect assessment, I'm sure I'll hear about it.) Yet he takes it upon himself to reform the way I, someone who's spent the last 25 years studying the subject he just got interested in, present my ideas, in a forum I helped push into the world news? I don't think so. The one thing I totally believe about what he's told us so far ... he definately is a lawyer. So I better be careful. There's a fair chance he's gonna sue me for libel somewhere down the road. Better get him to sign the standard disclaimer if he's gonna get the thrill of arguing with me for without paying. As far as the rest of the ars readers, I could really care less if you approve of what I'm doing. I was doing it before you came here and (God willing) I will be doing it when you move on. I'd actually perfer not to be admired. It's too much of a burden to live up to. It is not that *I* personally have been subjected to an injustice. It is that anyone[tm] has. And anyone could be. +--------------------------------------+ Rev. Dennis L Erlich * * the inFormer * * dennis.l.erlich@support.com + inForm@primenet.com "tar baby"
