    Don't see how they could, but ... what I meant was:
    
    The only opinions that ultimately matter in these cases are 
    the ones that come in the form of a ruling from the judges 
    in front of which the cases have been filed.
    
    English has some strange idioms.  If something is "not worth 
    sh*t" it is worthless.  If something is ... well you get it.
