I don't like to talk about someone that way after he walks away from a conflict he started. Perhaps I should be more gracious with those who encourage the scienos to violate our civil rights. I don't know. I prob'ly shoulda not taken offense. I shoulda been above it. Before scientology I was a pacifist. > Although he seemed to know >the law, he had no clue on how the cult is twisting it. I didn't >see anything you posted to him that was out of line. Well. I mighta made a mistake or two. It's been known to happen. >I was about >to start flaming him for this condescending attitude. It certainly pissed me off. Maybe supposed to? I always play right into their hands. :) My dealing with condescension from individuals lacking in essential balance could improve. I'm working on it. >If he wants >a.r.s to grovel at his feet waiting for pearls of wisdom, I think he >came to the wrong newsgroup. One should not trip the blindman, just 'cause he's an *ss. >Keep up the good work, >George Where is that damn roadmap, anyway? And who the f*ck's driving? >PS. I hope the Judge in your case get off his lazy butt and does >something. I better say this right now to avoid misinterpretation later: If something I have written to this newsgroup is misinterpreted to mean that I have anything but the highest regard for Judge White, that would be a gross mistatement of my actual feelings and I would apologize for any ambiguity in my already ambiguous humor. Judge Whyte's original rulings were basically instructed me: Erlich, can you keep your Big Mouth[tm] shut for a little while while I study this incredibely complex issue and make an historic ruling which might secure everyone's civil rights well into the next several centuries. Personally, I can chill for a few months without much whining it that's what it's for. I realize I'm a dangerous man. A man who would actually dare to *use* his rights. It can get pretty messy. Remember Kent State? Remember Tienemin Square? Those events are on opposite poles, in some spectrum of social control methods, to Jonestown and Waco. "War, children, is just a shot away It's just a shot away." - Jagger So anyway. It's just a damn shame you gotta go through this whole song and dance just to just to apply for your rights. Unowudameen? Looking at Ido on the screen shows the kinda pressure those guys are under. And I am not being disrestpecful. I have actually the highest esteem for the Federal Bench. Virtually the only times I have been treated "fairly and sensibly" have been in Federal Court. They're sworn to uphold the Constitution and they actually do look after it from what I've seen. The Federal Judicial system may be healthy. I don't pretend to know. But it's treated me okay (except for the "eight f*cking months" of horror) and always given me sensible justice which protected my rights. I will be out of town visiting my dad for a while, so if I don't answer your e-mail or posts, it doesn't mean I don't love ya. +--------------------------------------+ Rev.
