    The CAN Reform group is a bunch of OSA agents who sued CAN 
    and lost in order to make CAN admit scienos.  They then 
    started their own little propaganda machine called CAN Reform.  
    
    Maybe we could persuade Priscilla to tell you the whole story.  
    If we knew the names of all the people involved, perhaps we 
    could determine who this Vera creature really is.

    Her spew is coming directly from inside OSA.  She is above
    Milne in the pecking-order.
