    The judge in his case seems to have ruled:

    1)  Gerry cannot talk at all about the scieno cult.
    2)  Gerry cannot own any scieno books or docs.
    3)  Gerry cannot assist anyone in criticizing the cult or in
        litigation against the cult.
    4)  Gerry cannot associate with anyone who is doing any of
        the above.                      
    5)  Gerry is fined $200K:
            $50K for filing a declaration in Fishman
            $50K for being interviewed by People mag.
