He said the caller was >male, and had a Zimbabwean (Rhodesian) accent. The caller said that >based on the results of the Gerry Armstrong hearing, a planned action >to bomb a Scientology Org (he did not specify which Org) was going to >occur within the next ten days. He asked Malcolm if he wished to help >with the planning of the operation. > >Malcolm stated that while he can understand the way the person feels, >he completely disassociates himself from this type of action, and >does not support it in any way. > >I immediately asked Malcolm if he had considered that this was >possible entrapment, and he said no, he firmly believes the call was >authentic. Malcolm has a sound knowledge of the intelligence community >in Southern Africa, and is able to judge for himself. It sounds totally bogus. It positively reeks of an OSA Paulette Cooper-style Bomb Threat hoax. >Malcolm asked that I relay this information to the Internet. > >A new level of operation against Scientology is going to occur as a >result of the Church's actions against its detractors. Get a grip on yourself, Kim. >I feared this would happen, and I cannot be a part of it. None of the critics on ars are remotely capable of such terrorism. Our weapons are words. Electrons on phosphorous. YHBT by OSA. >I have resigned from the >Board of Directors of FACTNET, and I withdraw from the conflict. I believe you should reconsider. Perhaps it is best that you back out, though. Just not for this clearly bogus reason. >Kim Baker >Cape Town >South Africa None of us can be associated with any violence against the scienos. None of us *want* any violence against *anyone*. So far it is only the critics who have had violence (in the form of the raids and dirty tricks) done against them. The scienos would like the world to believe that we condone illegal activities. We don't. Never have. As long as there are peaceable avenues to persue our criticisms and make our voices heard, civil disobedience or outright lawbreaking should be avoided at all costs. I really belive that, combined with the bogus bomb threat staged to get henry fired and investigate, the operation on Nothling stinks of OSA. Stop and think, girl. +--------------------------------------+ Rev. Dennis L Erlich * * the inFormer * * dennis.l.erlich@support.com + inForm@primenet.com "tar baby"
