Hey! Just a d*rn minute here! You don't have to be tellin' people that. You'll give the newbies the impression that I'm not infallible, Rogue. >But his commentary has been shown to >be reliable enough that people tend not to doubt him without good reason. Thanks for the defense. I've worked very hard to let people know what I know about the cult. I've gotten nothing from it but a lot of grief and a fine bunch of net.friends. I've been posting to ars since July 94. If anyone thinks I've lied about something, they should quote my statement (not like Woof with the "majority of big-breasted women" misattribution or generally questioning my sincerity) and produce credible evidence of the falsehood. I take pride in my honesty. My family name, E(h)rlich means honest or sincere in German. I've been through the tortures of the damned. Those who have been on ars for any length of time at all will have witnessed some of it. I've layed my life on the line to make public what I know about the cult. Millions of dollars are involved in keeping secret the things I have shoved into the public's view. When I talked to Ted Mayett today on the phone, he reminded me about the way he felt after discovering ars and breaking free of the cult. He said he walked down the street with the feeling of owning himself once again. If I've had anything to do with assisting him or anyone else from leaving (or never getting involved with) the kult, then it will have been worth it. Anyone who's had to stand behind their words in public, as I have, will appreciate that when I say something, I may very well be sued for an inaccuracy (or other legal infractions). You should try it sometime. Make a public stand. Use your own name and address. Face down a wealthy, vicious opponent in public and see how it feels. You got the balls, Woof? You got more than a bark? I thought not. +--------------------------------------+ Rev. Dennis L Erlich * * the inFormer * * dennis.l.erlich@support.com + inForm@primenet.com "tar baby"
