    That might have been what he was told by the OSA project 
    handling him.  It's certainly disinformation.

    Well, duh.  A delusion of what Tubby's delusion was.  Sounds 
    like Black Scientology was run on him.  Reverse Processing(tm), 
    just like Steve claimed..
