Faithful Reader,

The day started off with a bang (not literaly, thank God).  I was
off to get a cashier's check to send off (certified mail) to my
loving ex-wife when I noticed a strange car cursing up and down
the dead-end street that Priscilla's house is on.

As I drove to the bank, the car followed me.  Always 4 blocks
