Not so fast, Andy. Whyte found a "likelihood of success" in the *claim* that RTC (CST really) had a right to injunctive relief based on *probably* being able to prevail on the ownership question. No final determination has been made, nor have any of the defendants abandoned that as a defense. Don't mis-state our case, Andy. I ain't even begun to become offensive.
