Andy has come grovelling back to us and basically given us his forgiveness in the form of more of his "pearls". We need to invite him to have his say in a more civilized forum. We should welcome him and show him to what degree we appreciate his spin on things. Whether you thought "God, thank you for getting rid of that pompous twit" or not. Give it a try.
