   Hockenberry got Rinder to endorse fair game on primetime, network
tv.  That's pretty big.  

   I'm gonna get try and get that little section of Rinder admissions
entered into the record in my case.  Maybe in front of a jury.  It
certainly shows institutional malice behind their over-reactions to
fair use, non-commercial, quoting of their published and thoroughly
marketted "sakrid" skriptures.
