At least until the Mighty MoFo stepped in on my behalf. Of course we tried to get out of Whyte's court from the git-go. None of the litigants are from that judicial district. It is burdensome to drag me up 500 miles to be tried for an alleged tort which occurred in my home district. But hey. America has the best justice system money can buy. Equal justice under the $.
