How do you deal with the depression without haveing to talk to a doctor about it. I just don't feel comfortable talking to strangers about why i am depressed. You know? I cry alot and don't eat well most of the time. I have even got to point of not wanting to get out of bed in the mornings. Tell me how to handle it and how I go on to deal with it. Thank you in advance

First let me say what depression underline causes, there could be an chemical inbalance which body doesn't produce enough of certain nutrient that keep things in balance, you may try St John Wort which is commonly used and it may work on you and there other herbal supplements that could also could try help keep your emotion, aneixty and depression in check. Aonther things you can do is to take a quiet walk somewhere where is very little noise and meditate on the sound of nature that may soothe emotional down and also an good form of exercise. Eating right type of food would help also.
If your depression is persistent then I woud advise to seek conseling of some kind maybe your pastor or seek an professional that deal with your type of depression if other alternative does not work.
Your type depression may be cause by an hidden anger or being afraid of something. Look deep inside of yourself to see what you are angry about or afraid of and it better to deal with it face to face.
I had the same depression symptons that you had but it took a long to deal with it with exercise and drug theraphy. Hope you feel well soon and seek some form of help somewhere to help you along with good emotional health. So take care.
