Hi, Jim --
Best wishes with the sleep problem. Whatever causes your snoring can be dealt with, so please pursue treatment. If it's not sleep apnea, there are some excellent snoring cures available (one of which I've used myself...it's called SnoreStop, similar to D-Snore -- natural herbs and remedies to reduce the flaccid musculature in the back of the throat). It sounds like the Zoloft is not working for you in some ways; there are other anti-depressants that your dr. could prescribe that might work better and keep from depressing your libido too.
It sounds like you have a good plan and are going to be tackling the problems in your life. (If only we all could be so courageous!!). I lift my hat to you, Jim!! (actually, since I'm a woman, I don't wear a hat, so how about if I curtsey to you instead??!!).
Warmest regards, CeeBee
