Sometimes I truly feel this way.
I feel like there is no hope.
I feel the American Dream has deserted me.
I see time pass by and no one appreciates anything I do.
I lost my interest in being extroverted.
It's been a long road of disappointments.
How bout some real advice and not just taking a walk.
I tired of all the pundits in America and want advice strictly from a professional.
Thank you.

You wrote that you wanted advice from a professional: please look in your phone book and call the nearest government mental health agency and ask them where you may acquire free services in your area. There are still many cities in America where such services are available, though sadly their numbers are decreasing as money runs scarce and hysterical cults like Scientology spread fear and lies about mental health care. But you can do very well by just looking in the phone book or on the internet for information about where to find a mental health professional to ask questions about what you are feeling and thinking.
