what is dramitization? I read it ,but I don't understand it exactly.

I haven't heard that word specifically. I wonder if it is the same as psychodrama.
I am not sure how to describe it but I will give a try.
In psychodrama you and the therapist (with the help of a group of clients) act out scenes in your head (for example, all the negative messages that may reside there) or scenes from the past (ones that you replay in your mind over and over again. This helps you release old feelings and gain insight.
It is a very powerful and effective form of therapy.
