I have been on Paxil for three weeks now for anxiety and although most of the bothersome side effects have lessened I still experience a very annoying one, tightness in my throat at times. I was told by a nurse that it usually goes away between 4 to 6 weeks. Is that so ? Is there a chance it will never go away as long as I am still on Paxil ? Also the bottom number on my blood pressure is up over 90 for the first time ever. Could that be another side effect and if so will that also go away ? I would really appreciate you educated insight on this matter.
Thank You,

I was on Paxil for a while and could not get used to the side effects. Worst for me was a foggy feeling in thinking. I went back to Przac with not side effects except lack of libedo. Hope your feeling better
