I have a nearly two inch thick set of papers which are the exhibits mentioned in the Cipriano Declaration. Scanning them and hypertext linking them to the Declaration is going to be a massive task. There is some smoking gun stuff here folks.

And I have something even more amazing, the transcript for the Berry vexatious litigant motion before Judge Williams.

In it Judge Williams says he knows Judge Whyte! (page 24)

And on Page 31, Rosen blames Graham for *my* failures as much as 5 months before Graham was brought into the case!

Rosen absolutely knew that Graham was brought in just before the case went to trial because he presented scientology's settlement demands to me alone in Judge Whyte's court a few weeks before it went to trial. It one of the more blatent examples--on the record--of Rosen lying before a court.

To get all this on the net I need *help* from Bay Area folks with scanners. If there are LA people who can help, we can use people who can move papers and computer media in LA and scan more papers as they become available.
