I'm not too sure about Cipriano...

He speaks of "T1 and T2 lines" (I'd be willing to bet that Earthlink has no T2 lines), of a mysterious building next door to Earthlink where all the monitoring is done and where nobody is allowed access (I've toured Earthlink's operations center, along with security people from several other large backbone providers), and his claim about his mail being delayed by 12 hours so that it can be read and then forwarded on makes no sense.
