Dear Sirs:

It is reported in the public record that the two of you are responsible agents for CST. This letter is to notify you as to the possibility of questionable activities which may have serious legal consequences for CST, up to and including total governmental confiscation of the assets of CST and related corporations.

The directors, I believe, have a duty to inquire into such allegations.

I enclose a copy of a letter sent to Senator Barbara Boxer which documents serious problems at the IRS with respect to the closing agreement signed with a number of Scientology corporations in 1993. To wit, the formerly secret closing agreement is patently unconstitutional, a fact which anyone with a legal background could determine in a minute.

The constitutional problems are not your problems, of course, unless it is determined that the IRS and/or IRS personnel were subjected to coercive influence such as blackmail or bribery. Then, assuming Scientology corporations or lawyers were behind such activities, the problems at the IRS become *your* problems.

I suggest you might also want to look into activities by your licensee RTC on the Internet (starting in 1995 with Helena Kobrin's attempt to destroy a Usenet news group) which continue to degrade the value of the LRH copyrights.

And you might want to look into mad dog litigation tactics by RTC which has been spending millions to accomplish the exact opposite of the intended.
