Rosen said I should picket closer to home to hole the expenses down, so, since I was in San Jose today anyway, I picketed the Los Gatos org on Bascum Ave. for about 15 minutes, then hit the Palo Alto mission on the way back. I have to give both orgs better scores than gold base, because neither of them even shut the blinds. The Palo Alto mission had between half a dozen and a dozen people just inside the door and none of them ran. The Los Gatos mission sent out someone to take a picture of a very old sign I was using, but otherwise, the only reaction was a kid about 8 years old who said my sign (Scientology is stupid and expensive) was untrue. When I asked what was untrue about the sign, the kid got grabbed inside by a parent. I didn't have any Xenu flyers with me today, but in the past I have had locals refuse them saying they had already read the Xenu/OT3 story on the net. I suppose this is proof that scientology will not entirely vanish even if everyone knew the Xenu business. (But would they pay gobs of money for sillyness they already knew about?) Will I get a return picket at home for picketing two local orgs, or do I only get them for gold base? So far no picketers. Keith Henson PS to the Los Gatos org. The kid in the red shirt needs to be more careful. Cars coming out of the driveway to the north often don't stop till they are out in the street and some don't stop at all. I saw the kid go in front of a car and the car hit the back wheel of his bike. It didn't quite knock the bike over and the kid kept riding to the north.
