[long section with no comments about Amber/school] [Ed] Think you would feel more comfortable if it was a deposition instead of an interview? I would think it would be a lot easier instead of a deposition if that makes you more comfortable rather than an interview by an investigator. Do you think she would have something good to tell the court? [missing in noise] I am not sure you got the last question there. Do you think the bankruptcy court would be interested in taking a deposition of Amber? [missing] she might know of finance? You think that might be permissible? Only asking because didn't you say you were telling Berry about the law? Think Berry would help you out in deposition? Would that make you more comfortable than having an investigator go up and take a statement? With your consent of course or your wife's, her mother. Or would you prefer for an investigator to go interview her? What would be better, at the school? At home? You have a preference on location? Nice interview or place for deposition? . . . . speech class talking about parents. [long delay] What do you think would be better, an interview or a deposition? Then a comment by Frank] "We might be able to interview her inside this property"] [Keith] Are you proposing to kidnap her? [Frank] I'm sorry? What are you talking about? I said I wanted to ask her a few questions. [Keith] Where? [Frank] Excuse me? Do it at her house, Redlands University. [Keith] Did you mention "inside this property" [Frank] I don't think so. I think Mr. Henson concented to interview Amber inside this property. [Ed] You never told me which you would prefer, a deposition or an interview? [Frank] You can answer that question pretty quickly. If Amber is a minor and has been working she has to report her income. That true Mr. Henson? That true? Would you allow a private interview? Just Amber and I? Is that ok?
