I just signed up for paypal, www.paypal.com using hkhenson@pacbell.net. Paypal is designed for efficient transfer of small amounts of money. Just signing up and naming me as the person who recommended paypal will get $5 bucks credited to my account. Pay pal is not secure from the clams getting the account information using a court subpoena. But I think if they put PIs on everyone who sent me a few bucks, they would run out of PIs. Besides, there is a degree of status associated with having your very own set of PIs. Ida is the envy and talk of her neighborhood because she has her own set of PIs broiling in the sun. And all she does is house and feed a few quest picketers. I don't have a copy of the subpoena yet, but as I understand it, the process server made a production out of it by (properly) getting campus security to accompany him while serving my daughter with a subpoena. I don't know if her classmates are starting to take an interest. They want to depose her at the offices of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (www.phjw.com) in LA on Oct. 24. As a guess, they would use (pit bull) Rosen who has been sanctioned for deposition abuse in the past. The point, of course, is not getting information for bankruptcy proceedings but to get at me by abusing my daughter in deposition. The one thing they did do to is make Arel really angry at them. Looks like there is more picket dancing in the future. I wonder if "an international law firm with offices around the world" has considered the PR they would collect by an abusively deposing a coed in such a public case? I don't suggest anyone call long distance, but if you have the time, you might let the local office of PHJW know how you feel. [This is not the first time they have abusively deposed critics children. Jane Scott's son was deposed in Hurtado. Incidentally, the word leaks back to me that Barbara R., formerly with PHJW and on the clam cases took a 50% pay cut to get out of the firm.] We will attempt to quash the subpoena. Frank Petty and Edwin Richardson made it really clear (on tape) what kind of abuse she would be subjected to in a deposition. I made a request for some information a while ago. Thanks very, very much to whoever it was who responded. I don't know if the information can be directly used, but it is incredible to get such inside details. Finally, thank you who have recently sent money. Since the clams get a log, there is no reason not to post it her. Besides the $225 which was publicly noted, I have seen untraceable gifts of $400, $500, $700, and $300 in the last few weeks. This about makes up for the time I have had to take off work to deal with the cult's abuses of legal system. Keith Henson
