The fax copy of these documents that I received were of poor quality so I have posted to alt.binaries.misc the pdf originals just a minute ago. Here is a section ofKobrin's supplemental declaration of Sept 13 that related to missles and bombs followed by uncorrected ocr of the remaining declarations. I'll try to put the pdf's on the LMT website latter today.
Exceppt from Kobrin Supplemental Declaration 4. Second, Henson has just been charged by the Riverside County District Attorney's Office with violating California's Anti?Terrorism statute for his threats to injure RTC and Church of Scientology International with bombs and missiles. I believe these threats are part of his plat to extort five million dollars from RTC in exchange for peace. Henson is to be arraigned this Friday, September 15. Attached hereto as exhibits arc true and correct copies of the following documents:

DECLARATION I, Rev. Ken Hoden, General Manager of Golden Era Productions, a division of the Church of Scientology International, state the following based on facts known personally to me: 1. For more than a month 1 and the staff of Golden Era Productions have lived in fear that we would be attacked at any moment by either missiles or bombs or other incendiary devices launched 2t us by Keith Henson or one of his friends, specifically David Rica and Fredric Rice. 2. Henson has a history of making and setting off bombs. 1 have reed a portion of 2 book entitled ? Great Mumbo Chicken and the Transhuman Condition ?'which describes Henson's history of creating and setting off bombs of mass destruction.
3. I have also seen Internet postings written by Henson which clearly show that Henson has the personal knowledge of making bombs to the extent that he advises others on the Internet on how to make bombs. These postings Mainly occur on a news group on the Internet called alt.engr.explosives that deals with the subject matter of explosives.
4. Based on the knowledge that Henson can and has made bombs, coupled i with the fact that Henson and his associates. David and Fredric Rice have threatened to launch missiles at our church or carry such devices to our church, I have had to take extraordinary measures to protect members of my church and my family here at Gold's property. 5. Golden Era Productions is located on 500 acres of land to Gitman Hot j Springs, in the County of Riverside. We have over 750 church stiff mho work et this facility. The property itself is bisected by Highway 79, which leaves hall of our buidlinos on the nerthside of Highway 79 and half on the southside of the property. Our staff eat three meals a day on the southsiQe of the proNarty and thus must cross the road several times per day, which they do i by v?a!fing through two pedestrian tunnels, one on the east side of the property end one on the west side of the property. 6. Henson and his associates, for the past month or so, have walked down the i highway and stood above the pedestrian tunnels as church staff walk through. To prevent Henson from throwing a bomb or other incinerary device on church staff, I have had to post staff near both tunnels. Whenever Henson is near one tunnel, I have our security staff redirect church staff to our other pedestrian tunnel, located 300 yards away. This has caused a tremendous disruption of our activities, but I have no choice as we all fear that at any moment Henson, or the Rices, may throw a bomb or some other form of explosive, i have had to cancel events on church grounds, change the locations of normal meeting places and abandon certain locations on the property due to Henson's presence. 7. Henson himself, in his recent postings on the internal talks about all the disruption that he personally is causing. Hanson describes staff trying to get away from his presence and Henson describes church staff being rerouted to other pedestrian tunnels to get away from his presence. See the attached postings by Keith Henson. 8. At great expanse to the church 1 hove had on ettomey hire two professional investigators, to stay near Henson to prevent him from trying to get over the fence onto church grounds and to prevent Henson from attempting to hurt church staff. 9. I?ienson also on a number of ocassions has followed our church buses to and from the church and our staff apartments located in Hemet. When staff wake up in the morning, Henson is sitting there waiting for them, and then h2 follows the buses. This has creased fear on the part of our staff and I have had to re?route our buses and provide alternative means of transportation to protect the staff. One on ocassion I had to leave ell the buses parked in front of our apartments located in Hemet. and provide alternative transportationfrom the back of the apartments, because Henson was lurking around the buses.
10. In summary, I have had to totally disrupt the normal activities of the church to protect our staff from fear based on Hanson's conduct. Members of my church should be free to practice their religion without the fear of being bombed and hurt In some fashion. At this time, such is not the case. I pray that this ba ended before someone gets seriously hurt.

The Church eras very concerned about several individuals who were picketing at the Gold property and who were making threatening postings on the Internet. I learned upon my arrival at Gold that these individuals were Keith Henson, David Rice and Fredric Rice and a woman named Barbara Warr. 3. On July 5, 2004 at around 11:00 am, a professional investigator, Ed Richardson, and I were walking on Highway 79 near Henson, Dave Rice and Barbara Warr. We were within 5-10 feet of them in order to prevent them from doing anything that would harm the staff or property. Rice had a CPS (Global Positioning System device and what looked to be an azimuth. He and Henson were taking coordinates oŁ various buildings ac Gold's property and writing them down. 4. At one point Henson discussed with Mr. Richardson and myself the type of work he used to do. He mentioned that he was a computer scientist and had, v;orked on guidance systems. It was clear tome that Henson had a personal vendetta against the Church and because of dais, his admitted knowledje of guidance systems coupled with his recording coordinates of bvi1din;s in Gold's property, I could understand the Church's fear of what Henson and these other people might do. Henson is not a stable person. He was put under psychiatric care in the past. In 1981 Henson molested two of has underage daughters and in the course of the investigation he threatened to kill himself and was placed under psychiatric care. 7. Henson's hatred for the Church of Scientology is something he dogs not hide and is not conP~.ned to the Internet. In 1997 Henson was arrested and subsequently stipulated to apt injunction to sta~ swat from ;t Scientology minister in Los Angeles. . 3. Due to Henson's threats, my investigation was expanded to also provide protection to various Scientology facilities and their staff. S. Betwcea Way 2000 and the writing of this declaration, Mr. Henson has traveled to San Jacinto, Ca., from his residence in Palo Alto, Ca., on several occasions. Not only has he picketed Golden Era Productions' principal property located on Highway 79, but he had also taken photographs . of individual staff and vehicles. He has recorded license plate numbers and has followed Golden Era buses to and from the staff's residential apartments located in Hemet. 10. On one occasion, on or about 5 July 2000, at approximately I 1 am, 13enson was "picketing" Gold with a David Rice and a Barbara Warr. T and another retired LAPD officer (Frank Petty) were keeping close watch on all three as they were walking up and down, the highway which runs through the middle of Gold's property. Rice bad a Global Positioning System (GPS) device and a compass. I observed them taking and writing down coordinates of various buildings located on Gold's property. I was close enough to the three of tiiem to lieu what they were saying. Henson and Rice discussed the coerdin ;rtes and Henson mentioned launching missiles, 11. 1 became very concerned after heating the conversations between Henson i.nd Rice. I had previously advised Reverend Ken Hoden, the General Manager at Gold, and their security staff on actions to take to protect the more than 700 staff on the property. These actions included rerouting staff around the property so no one could get hurt if Henson were to throw an explosive device onto the property, rerouting the buses in order to'avoid Henson and to increase security at the property and at the. apartments in town'. .. 12. 1 have been in many dangerous situations in my professional career and I state unequivocally here that the concern and fear I have seen amongst the staff at Gold is real and warranted. They are peaceful people trying to carry out their religious purpose. They should not be subject to terrorist type actions being perpetuated by Henson and Rice. Two days of court. Yesterday I had a hearing in my bankruptcy case. Scientology is trying to convert it from chapter 13 to chapter 7, which has various problems for both sides. Of course, if I lose my house in Palo Alto due to going into Chapter 7 bankruptcy, I would have to live elsewhere. My wife and I don't have enough income to qualify for another place in Silicon Valley. Hemet seems like it would be a good place to live, at least it would cut the commuting . . . At the hearing we had Helena, Rosen, Seid, McShane, and two or three other OSA handlers. The hearing went fairly well, the judge asked that they consider some kind of settlement, and commented on the number of lawyers. It seems to be clear to him that this is case of scientology using the courts to punish someone for an act that was rooted in warning the public about the cult's medical malpractice activities. The surprise was the introduction of a computer printout from the court system in Riverside. It is now almost 24 hrs since I got that, and Graham still has not managed to make contact with someone who knows the situation is there. News when I get it, but I clearly did not get any letter from them, because I obviously would have posted any such letter. Anyway, the stuff that came with it was *amazing*. The declarations should be up on the net soon if they are not already. The same declaration of Helena included the reply I had filed in the Hurtado case, something I wanted to file here, but it had *already been done for me*. Thanks Helena, though why you thought this would help is beyond me. I went right from court to the airport, because of the hearing the next morning I had for a protective order in the Hurtado case (I posted the motion papers). Stayed with Graham, and was to the court a little before 9 in spite of I 10 being silted up. Helena was there with Ava and a single OSA handler (or higher observer) which neither Graham or I recognized. For our side it was Graham, dressed nicely but informally, me in my dark suit and a Xenu tie and Graham's attorney, Kim Sellers in a very nice brocade looking jacket over a lavender blouse and matching shoes. Ava (aka Petunia) was in a dark green suit. Helena, looking like the Wicked Witch of the West was there in a dress with largish circles of blue, orange, and yellow. Judge Ray L. Hart is a substantial presence on the bench. From the sun bleached hair and good physical condition, he looks like a lifeguard had put on judicial robes. He was, as I understand it, a Municipal court judge who got combined into the Superior Court. He put our case on last, which gave me a chance to see how he dealt with other cases. The first was a case involving a lease at the airport that had issues of "fishing expedition" depositions in it, I missed the second, third was two people in pro se in some sort of dispute involving a house. They were completely at sea as far as the law and procedure was concerned. They were going to trial shortly (shudder). The last before they got to Hurtado v. Berry was a case where the city attorney was making a hopeless summary judgment motion in an injury on city property case. I was impressed by the judge's command of the details of these cases, and no less of the fact he had read *all* the submitted papers in the motion before him in Hurtado. (I have to wonder if he went out on the net for the URLs.) Scientology lawyers tend to bulk up their filing even when they are not being paid by the inch. I don't mind because most of what they file hurts them if judges actually read it. The judge started out asking if we had any addition to those in the paper. Kim said a few words, and I was commented on the Riverside case which I had learned about after the papers were filed. Then Helena started out by saying that this case had nothing to do with scientology. The judge looked quizzical. She then stated that I had copied material from another case where they had corrected a citation. The only place this could be is in the reply where I mentioned Rosen, and I did correct that one by adding that the $50k sanction against Rosen and Co had been reversed on appeal, but not the finding that Rosen made "false oral and written representation to the court." (Rosen did plenty of that in the bankruptcy hearing.) Eventually the judge cut her off and told her she was repeating what was in here papers. He then referred here to a letter from Graham's attorney suggesting that the deposition and documents demands be limited to the very narrow legal malpractice issues in the case: duty of care; breach of that duty; and whether that brief caused damages and if that breach caused damage (if any). He made it clear that I could not give any admissible testimony regarding Grahams professional performance in connection with other clients. He thought a referee would be useful and suggested Judge Wayne, (the wife of the former DA). Kobrin objected on the basis of the cost. Everyone was asked to confer and to try and resolve the issues. Out in the hallway, Kobrin and Petunia then said they wanted a referee and that Wayne was not acceptable and proposed Justice Eggleson. Graham said absolutely not (I suspect he may think the cult as purchased Eggleson in the Cipriano case). Back in the court room, the judge was supprised that not only the cult refused to limit its deposition as suggested but now insisted on a retired judge as referee in *all* forthcoming depositions. They were upset that Graham's lawyer has taken 10 depositions and they have only taken four. The Judge made it clear that he would not permit discovery to proceed based on Kobrin trying to exceed the number of depositions taken by Graham's attorney. He ordered the appointment of a referee and made it clear that if Kobrin and Petunia were back in court again in connection with the Henson deposition, he might consider sanctioning them for their conduct and reminded them that he had made similar comments to Mr. Moxon before he vanished from this case and about Mr. Moxon's objectivity in this matter. Kobrin made it clear she was not familiar with state court procedure since she litigates in Federal courts elsewhere in the country. Eventually, we should get the transcript of the hearing. I will post it and you can see for yourself how this went, but at the end of the day, the judge insisted on a referee to being in the deposition and the questions they could ask were sharply limited to "percipient witness" question. This should result in a very short deposition. I will know by evening if they could find a referee who was acceptable to both sides. Otherwise, I will have to make yet another trip down here. Because we were last, there was no morning left to picket in. So we came back to Graham's place to complete this reports. Keith Henson PS, writing this one was interrupted by news from Riverside County. The DA out there insists that I will be arrested if I picket Sat. I am not going to let the County government be a pawn and deny me my first amendment rights to picket the killer cult. There should be video coverage of this one, not to mention other media.
