I would like to help you step back just a bit, and view the bigger picture, so your readers, and perhaps the prosecutor might more fully appreciate what is going on. You state In your article about my friend Mr. Henson: " Henson did not initiate the postings, Berry said, but did make comments that were "not in any way intended to be inflammatory." alt.religion.scientology is a very busy newsgroup, when one even reads the news group's name, one is lied to twice, as there is neither religion nor science at the heart of Scientology, I know, I was in Scientology when Hubbard, having already disguised this fraud as a cult, took the next step, and disguised Scientology as a religion. But I digress. In August of 1999, there was another posting to this same newsgroup, the title of that posting was "BLACK OUT" which I also, like Mr. Henson, did not initiate. I did a reply, a beleived that I was talking about a suggestion that the critics take a break from posting to the newsgoup as a sign of solidarity. That is all. Shortly thereafter 3 members of the FBI Anti Terrorist Task Force came to my home in Arlington Virginia.. Seems they were in possession of certain internet postings and an anonymous report, which claimed that I was going to "Black Out" the Internet. I felt this was beyond ironic as I have written extensively that "The Internet is the Liberty Tree of the Millennium" now why would I cut down a Liberty tree? The FBI Agents were invited to come in and make themselves at home... And they got acquainted with the "Rest of the Story" You see, Scientology is currently under indictment in Spain, due to come to trial this month, for among other things "the simulation of a felony" - I too was subject to the same method of handling that Mr. Henson is being subjected to... A month or so after the FBI men visited to my home last August, one of them called me, and indicated they were satisfied there was no problem, and said "we think the report came from "the church" " I have read the affidavits submitted in this subset of the global theatrical called Scientology, and one of them is by Scientology's Scientologist Attorney Helen Kobrin... the same Kobrin who described this writer, as being "In possession of stolen property" in August 1995 only to be unbraided in open court for previously filing 6 inches of ex-parte filings to induce that same Judge to authorized a raid upon my home that was conducted by Ms Kobrin and other Scientologists Judge Brinkema said that nowhere in these 6 inches of filings do you mention that the stolen property you allude to, that Mr. lerma was "in possession" of was in fact, no more and no less than a copy of an unsealed public court record! So a public court record magically becomes "Stolen property... in a Federal Court" In France evidence in a Scientology fraud case mysteriously disappears from a courthouse... In Lexington Kentucky an ex Scientologist, Tom Padgett was just released yesterday after three weeks in jail because a clerk did not enter into some record, properly, two of Mr.. Padgett's child support checks to his Scientologist wife... Meanwhile the body count is rising, but as the father of the circus PT Barnum would say "The Show Must Go ON!, just as L Ron Hubbard would later extoll to his members that the ultimate test for a Scientologist is: "The ability to MAKE THINGS GO RIGHT" {emphasis in original} Mr Henson, is that a Cruise Missile in your pocket or are you just having way too much fun?
