Evidence:
1) Numerous documents printed from the internet and given to me by
Gavina Idda, an "internet expert" for the Church of Scientology.
2) One (1) cassette tape of the interview between myself and Keith
Henson.
Item 1 was attached to the report for further review and
investigation by the Detectives at the Hemet station. All other
evidence was booked, by me at the Hemet Sheriff's station.
Details:
On Wednesday, 071900 about 1622 hours, I responded to Golden Bra
Productions at 19626 Hwy. 79, in San Jacinto reference threats being
made over the internet. I arrived and spoke with Ken Hoden, General
Manager of Golden Era Productions (Church of Scientology).
Ken told me that Keith Henson (suspect) has been outside their
Church, protesting since May 26. On July 15th, Ken told me he noticed
some threats being made against the Church on the internet newsgroup,
alt.religion.scientology. Ken had his "internet expert", Gavina Idda,
explain to me how this newsgroup operates.
Gavina told me that this newsgroup site is a site where people
talk about their disbelief in the Church of Scientology. Gavina showed
me numerous documents that he printed from this internet site, where he
believes Keith Henson is making threats against this Church. In the
documents, it shows Keith discussing how an ICBM (intercontinental
ballistic missiles) could be accurate enough to hit the Church of
scientology. Gavina also showed me documents that have pictures of the
Church in San Jacinto, with satellite coordinates, so that a missile
could be accurately launched at the Church. The documents also show
Keith discussing how you would have to watch for weather for more
accurate missile shots. An excerpt from another document printed from
this site, shows Keith stating that, "killing the organization off
entirely is the best way to change the future of Scientology" (This
quote was taken from a document written by Keith Henson in April, 1997
on the same internet newsgroup).
Ken told me he, his students, and his employees, are afraid of
Keith, because Keith has also made threats in the past toward the
Church of Scientology. Ken showed me a copy of a deposition that Keith
was to attend with the Church leader, David Miscavige, in May of 1997.
This document states that an employee of Southwest Airlines, overheard
threatening conversations between Keith Henson and another person. As a
result, the deposition was deferred for, Miscavige's safety, by a San
Jose Judge. Another document shows another person on the internet site,
saying that G.P.S (g1obal positioning satellite) won't be needed as
long as Keith is standing on the hill providing IR (infrared)
illumination for the missiles. Another document shows Keith saving that

Miscavige (the leader of the Church of Scientology) has to "watch for
cruise missiles as well as eagles".
As a result of the past contacts that Ken and his Church have had
with Keith, Ken told me that they are all afraid of Keith, because of
Keith's knowledge of missiles and explosives. Ken said that he, his
employees, and students, have had to alter their day to day activities
at the Church, as a result of their fear. They are afraid to walk
around the Church when Keith is outside protesting, because they fear
Keith might be armed with some kind of explosive weapon.
Keith was outside protesting when I finished speaking to Ken and
Gavina. I approached Keith, detained him, and placed him in the
backseat of my patrol car. I transported Keith to the Hemet station for
further investigation and interview regarding this matter.
I conducted a tape recorded interview with Keith at the Hemet
station. I read Keith his Miranda rights, and he said he would talk to
me about the internet site. Keith stated that he does not like the
Church of Scientology. He stated that he sometimes says things on the
site to make Miscavige "paranoid". Keith also told me his background
with explosives. Keith said he is a pyrotechnics expert and teaches
pyrotechnics to eighth and ninth graders. Keith said he has discussed
ICBM's on the site, regarding the Church of Scientology, but only meant
any comments as a joke. He told me that he did not have any means of
actually getting an ICBM. However, he stated again that he likes to say
things to make Miscavige "paranoid".
Under Penal Code 11418.5 (a), a threat to use weapons of mass
destruction, with or without the intent or ability to carry out that
threat, is felony or a misdemeanor. Ken presented this Penal Code to me
and stated that he feels it applies to him and the members of his
Church, based on the discussion of ICBM's and knowledge of Keith's
knowledge of explosives. Ken refused to sign a citizen's arrest form to
have Keith arrested.
I am unable to determine the validity of the internet documents
provided to me by Ken and Gavina. As a result this report will be
forwarded to the Detectives at the Hemet Sheriff's station for further
review and investigation.

Details:
On 07-20-00, I was directed by Investigator Greer to view an Internet
Newsgroup identified as "alt.religion.scientology." Greer asked me to
view any recent postings (messages) on the news group that were
authored by a subject named "Keith Henson." I located several messages
on the newsgroup that were authored by a "Keith Henson.
I was able to view messages posted by Keith Henson as far back as mid
July, 2000 on that specific newsgroup. None of the messages that I
viewed contained any threats of mass destruction to any persons or
organizations by Keith Henson.
I conducted a search for messages of the "alt.religion.scientology"
newsgroup at the Internet site, "www.deja.com." I conducted a search
for the name "Keith Henson" using the "recent and standard" search
parameters. There were approximately 729 messages that were found using
the name "Keith Henson." The response included "Keith Henson" as an
author of the messages or the name "Keith Henson" mentioned in the text
of the message.
I also conducted a search using the "all and standard" search
parameters. There were approximately 16000 responses that were found
using the name "Keith Henson." The response included "Keith Henson" as
an author of the messages or the name "Keith Henson" mentioned in the
text of the message. The response also indicated messages were authored
by Keith Henson in several different newsgroups such as
"alt.religion.scientology", "alt.ener.explosives" and
"alt.clearing.technology."
No further information was obtained. Refer to investigations for
follow-up.

Details:
On Saturday, 072200, about 2122 hours I was assigned a follow-up
investigation at 19625 Hwy 79, Golden Era Productions.
Upon arrival I met with the reporting party, Ken Hoden, who advised me
he had found and printed numerous e-mails reportedly sent from Keith
Henson. The e-mails mention how Henson has been watching the workers of
Golden Era Productions and how they have been reacting to him when they
see him arrive and loiter around the area. The e-mails also mention how
the workers have changed their procedures during the day starting from
the time when the buses pick the workers up at their apartments to when
they are dropped off at the end of the day. The e-mails indicate that
Henson has been watching and taking notes of the workers procedures
throughout the day.
Another attachment is a declaration from Frank Petty describing how he
saw Henson and a man named Rice standing in front of Golden Era taking
coordinates from a GPS.
Another attachment is from Edwin G. Richardson who says he is a private
investigator and has been investigating Henson. Richardson gives a
summary of what he knows about Henson's past.
The last declaration is provided by Ken Hoden, the Golden Era General
Manager. Hoden describes how his facility and workers have had to
change their day procedures out of fear from Henson's acts.

DETAILS:
On 07/17/00, I received the above video tape from Hoden. Hoden advised
that the tape was of Henson and a subject by the last name of Rice.
They are in front of the main gate taking GPS readings (Global
Positioning Satellite). I reviewed that tape and recognized one of the
subjects as Henson. The other subject was holding an object in his
hand. He was holding the object above his

head towards the sky.
On 07/31/00, I met with Kevin Ruddy and Bernie Skiles from the
Riverside County District Attorney's Office. It was decided that
another interview with Henson was needed.
On 08/02/00, I contacted Henson in front of Golden Era Studios. I asked
Henson if he would come to the Hemet Sheriff's Station for another
interview in regards to this case. Henson agreed, and an appointment
was set for 1300 hours on 08/03/00.
On 08/03/00, Henson came to the Hemet Station for an interview. Henson
first thought that he was here to talk about an unrelated death case I
am work at the church. I advised him it had to do with the case that he
was arrested on. I advised Henson that the interview was voluntary, he
was not under arrest, and I was not going to arrest him, and he was
free to leave at any time. Henson said he understood and agreed to the
interview. Henson asked if I wanted to tape record the interview.
Henson refers to the things that the church does to their people is
like drug addiction and referred to Patti Hurst and brain washing.
Henson said that in 01/95, the church removed a web site from the
Internet that talked about the church. The news group site was
alt.religion.scientology and people started posting some of
scientology's internal secrets. Scientology destroyed the news group
and the current postings on the site all over the world. Henson said he
did not know anything about Scientology prior to them destroying the
news web site. When the site was destroyed it post all over the world
that Scientology did it. One of the groups that reported it was a free
speech group. Henson said the destroyed news group was very small site
when it was destroyed. Henson said a subject by the name of Dennis
Erlich was sued for copyright violations, which Henson admitted to
knowing. Another subject named Grady Ward, who got involved, was also
sued for posting items on the net Henson said he wrote to Ward on the
Internet commenting about free speech and also posted, quoting
something called 'Nots 34'. He also said this 'Nots 34,' was a criminal
instruction manual about the illegal practice of medicine. Henson said
Scientology sued him in 1998 for copyright violation. Henson said he
lost the suit and had to file bankruptcy. He first picked the church in
1995
as a non-violent protest against Scientology. He said picketing has
been very effective because numerous people have either left the church
or not entered due to his picketing. Henson said the church hates him
because of the people that left as a results of his picketing. It cost
the church a lot of money invested on the people that have left. He
also said he started postings about Scientology on the Internet in
1995.
I asked Henson about the explosive web site that his name appears on a
lot. Henson said he was a rare poster in that site. He will only post
once every couple weeks, and he is known as "voice of caution". He did
explosives as a career and he worked for a geophysics company and used
to fire dynamite for them all the time. He did it in the desert of
Arizona. He has knowledge of red phosphorus. When asked if he could
build an atomic bomb. He said no, but anyone could get the instructions
on how to build one on the Internet. He denies having access to an ICBM
missile.

He denied ever being arrested in the state of Arizona. He had no
reputation of ever using explosives of any kind to damage people or
property. In 1972 there were a group of people called the ECO Raiders,
who were combating urban sprawl by burning down houses on the
out-skirts of Tucson. The police thought that Henson was involved
because he was known for running parties way out in the desert to fire
off explosives. He said what the people were doing was pouring gasoline
on the studs of the houses and burning them. The police followed him
around for a short time until the suspects were caught. He did not know
the suspect or anyone who did know the suspects. He said that he was
not aware of the police looking at him until 1983 or 1984, when a
reporter brought it to his attention. He has never seen any official
records on the matter. There was no further action taken against him.
I told Henson I wanted to go over some of the Internet postings to make
sure they were his writings and not tampered with. He said he could not
tell if the message was tampered with, but could tell if something was
"wildly" out. Henson said he came to San Jacinto because he heard about
the Ashley Shanner death. He had picketed this location several years
ago, right after the lawsuit. He said the church sued him then and they
lost. He said they used this to try to stop him from picketing there.
He said it is like roaches, when he arrives at Golden Era they run away
and hide. They have stopped that by now because they were not getting
any work done when he shows up to picket. When asked why he feels they
run and hide when he shows up. Henson said "because they think I'm a
space alien". When asked if he thinks they are afraid he is going to
blow them up, Henson said "I doubt it, I actually doubt it. If they
were really were afraid I was going to blow them up, they wouldn't be
worried when I was there". When asked if he had any intention of
physically harming them Henson said "no". Henson said "Look, I want the
management of Scientology, not one stone left upon another on salt of
fields. That's a political goal, political legal kinda goal". He does
it in several different ways; Henson has sued the IRS in an attempt to
get the church's tax-exempt status changed.
Henson said that he has these print out on his machine and could check
them. I asked if the sign (*) on the print out means the church. Henson
said this symbol identifies David Miscavige, the current leader of the
church. Henson said that at one point he and Grady Ward were in a legal
process to depose Miscavige. This was the first time he picketed them
because there was a delay of a day in their part of the deposition
because Miscavige reported that he, Henson, had made threats to blow
them up at an airline counter. Henson said that the personnel at Golden
Era don't stop working and run in just when he comes out, but also with
other people that picket. One weekend a subject named Bruce Pettycrew
came out a weekend after him, and Pettycrew reported that workers left
in such a hurry when they saw him, they left a wheelbarrow full of
cement to dry in the wheelbarrow. He pointed out that the whole place
shut down, so it's not just him.
I asked if he thought personnel from the church read the posting on the
web site. He said they read it every day. He said that he knows that
there is a woman assigned to read it every day. Henson said that in the
last month, 900 people have been posting on this news group.
I pointed out to Henson that he told the initial responding deputy,
that his main goal was to make

Miscavige paranoid. He said that some of what he is doing is to do
that, but it was also psychological warfare against them". "I'm no
where near the only person who's doing that Sort of thing". I asked if
it was his goal to be disruptive to them. Henson said "oh absolutely".
Henson said that he would have almost no effect on these people if they
would just ignore him. I asked Henson how he knew there was a woman
that read the posting on the internet. He said that it came out in one
of the court hearings. He again pointed out that he is by no means the
only person involved in all of this. I asked if the church was
picketing his house and his wife's business in Palo Alto. He confirmed
that they have picketed his house and wife's business numerous times.
Henson looked at some of the Internet print outs. I explained that the
highlighted areas are areas that I thought the church might see as a
threat. He did not see anything that he did not write. I asked if he
felt that any of this was a direct threat towards them. Henson asked
"physical threat or physiological threat". I mentioned the part about
the GPS and bombings David Rice using the GPS to get the coordinates.
Henson said "Physiological threat. Physiological weaponry only."
[Phaedrus comments: I'm certain that these occurrences of
'physiological' should read 'psychological', but I don't know whether
this was a scanning error or an error in the source document.] "I do
not have a cruise missile". He said that the print outs are just a
reporting of what happens when he is picketing. I asked if he does it
to make them paranoid. Henson said, "well that's one of the effects of
it. But, the actual thing of it is it's... it's first amendment... it's
a first amendment protest kinda thing". "We we do the best we can to
make them paranoid but that's only because their so easy to make
paranoid."
I read the following from an internet print out from Henson, "You have
a point. The only way I can get clear of this scientology mess is to
"destroy them Utterly". Henson said that was a quote from L. Ron
Hubbard. As to what to do to enemies of scientology. The print out
dated July 04, 2000, My only option to get back in the work force is to
destroy scientology root and branch.
Henson showed me a computer disk with printing. He developed a machine
that printed on the disks. He had a contract with a company to make the
disks. Because Scientologist contacted the company and harassed the
employees about him, they cancelled his contract. He said the company
will refer him, but they warn the other company about the church.
Henson said that every time he starts with a company someone from
Scientology contacts that company.
I asked Henson who ShyDavid was and he confirmed that it was David
Rice. I asked if it was a GPS (Global Positioning Satellite) device
that Rice had. He said yes at first, but then went on to say that Rice
told him that is what it was. He said that he didn't get any number off
of it. He said that he did not post the photograph of the front gate. I
read him a posting from Fred Rice "and even if not, with Keith Henson
up on the hill providing on-target IR illumination, GPS won't even be
needed. } :-}" Henson said that the sign at the end of this sentence is
a humor thing meaning the previous sentence is a joke. Another dated
July II 2000, by Patrick Volk talking about 300 kilotons and SPF 800
sun block with :) at the end which is also a sign for humor or a joke.
Henson said all of these are intended to be a joke. He said that he is
just responding to another person's statement on the internet. He said
that he is just responding and correcting a yardage posted by Volk. He
said that he had no idea that they would take it as anything but a
joke. Henson said that Volk is a horrible joker. He said that Volk has
played jokes on the Internet with Scientology in the past.
I showed Henson another posting that read, "I'd trust her with the
launch codes for the ICBM aimed at gold base. Keith Henson (now watch
me get arrested again)". Henson said this was a joke. When asked who
the she was in the message he said that her name is Tory. Tory is a
woman who was an

"OT7" which is a very high position in the church. He said about a week
before this posting there was a lot a talk about not trusting Tory, who
just got out of the church. They said she was probably a member of
their OSA, "Department of Dirty tricks group". He said that of course
he trust her because there "ain't no such animal". He said that this
was another joke posting but feels that Tory is truly out of the
church.
I showed Henson the photograph of him and Rice with the GPS. [He]
confirmed that David Rice told him it was a GPS, he said that David
told him it was but he did not know that it actually was.
I told him about the Declarations by the Private investigators for the
church said they heard him and Rice talking missiles and coordinates.
He said that it was silly but if I wanted to go after someone I should
go after David Rice, he had the GPS. He said that it was Rice's idea
not his. He also confirmed that Rice might have been the one talking
about the missiles because he is a joker.
Again I showed Henson a print out to which he responded to someone else
commenting about modern weapons. Another posting said "Oh great. Now
(*) has to watch for eagles as well as cruise missiles". Henson said
this is humor. The writer is a falconer and talks previously about
hunting. He said he made the above reply as a joke. Henson said that a
cruise missile is not a weapon of mass destruction.
I showed Henson the news article I received about a person who shot
Scientologist in Oregon. Henson said that the suspect in this case was
an ex-scientologist and the only person that goes bonkers are former
scientologist. Henson said that he could not think of one case where a
non scientologist was violent towards them.
Henson said that he has no knowledge of Dexter. I showed him the
posting of a graphic page by Dexter and he said that he did not know of
Dexter. He heard that the church did this printing to give to me.
Henson said that was "way over the top" he did not post it.
I asked about the death threats from Dexter that came on the same day
he picketed the Golden Era. He denied knowing Dexter, but offered to
find out who he was. Henson pointed out that was only three dates out
of 30 that he picketed.
I showed him a photocopy of the book titled "Great Mambo Chicken & The
Transhuman Condition". Henson said that he did not write the book. He
admitted that it was him and his wife they talk about. He said that
they did have "Fire festivals" in the Arizona desert back in the early
70s. He does know the writer of the book. He tried to correct the book
on some factual parts that the author had wrong. He looked it over
while in draft. He said that the book was mostly true. It was his
business and hobby at the time it was written. Again, he said that he
never damaged any property when they were in the desert.
I located the declaration from Frank Petty. Henson denied ever saying
that he was a computer scientist or ever worked on guidance systems.
Henson said that he doesn't even know who Petty is.
I read him Richardson's statement about over hearing them talking about
launching missiles. Henson said, "I don't think so and not in any way
which could be anything but a joke". Henson said it is a political
thing it's like freedom marchers.

Henson gave me the most recent postings he had done on the Internet.
During the entire interview, Henson contended that he never made any
physical threat, only psychological threats. He said that he does not
have the means to build a weapon of mass destruction or possess one.
On 08/07/00, I contacted Palo Alto Police Department in regards to
Henson's statement about the church picketing his residence. I
confirmed that it is a continual problem between Henson and the church.
They both picket each other within their jurisdiction.
On 08/7/00, I received the attached court documents and police reports
from Edwin Richardson, Private Investigator from the church. Senior
Investigator Skiles from the Riverside County District Attorney's
Office requested the documents from Richardson.
On 08/08/00, I contacted Hoden at Golden Era Studios. I confirmed with
Hoden that they have had to alter bus schedules and work schedules due
to the presence of Henson. I asked Hoden to explain their fear of
Henson. He said, they are afraid that he might lob something over the
fence or have someone else do it. Henson always carries a sack when he
is picketing the church, and might leave something that might explode
after he leaves. Hoden said that is why they have an employee of the
church follow Henson the entire time he is at the church. They have
instructed these employees to check any object left by Henson. I asked
what he meant by "something" left by Henson. They fear that he might
leave a bomb or launch a missile at the church. They are basing this on
Henson's past experience with explosives. Hoden said they received
information that around 1990, Henson [filed] a patent in Washington DC
on how to launch a missile or bomb from an airplane. Hoden said they
obtained this information off the Internet and will supply me with a
copy of the application, refer to attached copy of the application.
On 08/08/00, I contacted Henson at 1270 Vista Grande, Hemet, the home
of Ida Camburn. I asked Henson if he had ever filed an application for
a patent. Hanson said that he has filed numerous patent applications. I
showed him the application supplied by Hoden. He said it was one of his
patents. This was an idea he had to assist in launching a satellite or
space station into outer space to be placed into orbit. I asked if it
was intended for any other delivery system. He said it was only for
launching items into orbit. I asked why there was mention of missiles
in some of the writings. He said that verbiage was placed there by his
patent attorney. It had to be placed in to get the request through the
patent process. I asked what was meant by "payload", again he said it
was a satellite or other object to orbit the earth.
Camburn, who also states she is shares the anti-scientology beliefs,
said that people from the church visited numerous neighbors within her
park, Sierra Dawn Mobile Home Park. Camburn identified one of the
church personnel as Muriel, the head of public relations for Golden
Era. I have had contact with Muriel in the past and her last name is
Dufresne. Camburn said she was contacted by several neighbors who told
her they were contacted by Muriel. Muriel told them that Henson was
staying with her and a danger to the community. Muriel said that Henson
was a child molester, killer and

bomber. She also said Muriel also went to the office of the park and
told them they needed to make her have Henson leave. This occurred over
the weekend of the 29th of July. Camburn said that she heard that
Muriel was at the office on 07/31/00, so she went to the office and
took a photograph of Muriel while in the office. Camburn identified
Ruth Anthony as one of her neighbors contacted by Muriel.
I contacted Anthony at her residence. She confirmed that two females
from Golden Era Studios contacted her on 07/29/00. One of the females
identified herself as the head of Public Relations at Golden Era. They
told her that a dangerous subject was staying with Ida. Anthony said
that she is aware of Ida's situation with the church. She told the
females that she was not interested, but they were very persistent. She
said that they tried to get her to open her door so they could give her
some pamphlets about this dangerous person. Anthony took the pamphlet
so she could give it to Ida. There was a photograph of the man they
were talking about and some type of court paperwork about him. They
told Anthony they were going door to door to warn people about this
very dangerous man. Anthony said that she told them not to contact
people in the park as they were elderly people and this sort of thing
could upset some of them and that some of them are not very healthy.
Anthony said that she saw the females go to other residences even after
she asked them not to. She also received several calls from neighbors
about the visits.
I talked with Van Camp, the Sierra Dawn Mobile Home Park manager. He
said that Muriel attempted to contact him 07/31/00, but he was not in
the office. Muriel returned on 08/01/00; He said that Muriel gave him
the packet on Henson and attempted to have park management restrict
Henson from the park because he was so dangerous. Muriel told him that
prior to seeing him Ida was outside the office with a camera taking
her, Muriel's picture. He said that Ida contacted him the next day,
concerned they were going to kick her out of the park because of the
visit from Muriel. Van Camp said that he heard that residents of the
park had been contacted by Muriel. Most of them were afraid because of
the private investigators who sit in cars for hours at a time and watch
Ida's house. Van Camp said that he has received a call from Muriel
every day since she was in his office. He said that she in asking what
is being done about Henson.
In reviewing all of the Internet postings I did not see any direct
threat of violence towards the church or any personnel of the church.
It does appear that Henson is responding to statements on the explosive
web site and does not directly refer to the church. This appears to be
an on going battle between Henson and other anti-scientology people.
This case will be submitted to the District Attorney's Office for
review.

KEITH HENSON ORGANIZED PICKETS & DEATH THREATS
Since Keith Henson has been picketing at Golden Era Productions death
threats have escalated against the Church.
Specifically there is an individual by the name of "Dexter" who has
been sending death threats by e-mail to the Church and creating web
sites containing death threats and disgusting language.
Three specific instances have been found of Dexter sending death
threats to the Church and, more recently, creating a web site where
Dexter is advertising to bomb the Church and our Head Quarters (Golden
Era Productions is the international dissemination center of the
Scientology religion and is also known as [Phaedrus comments: The
posted document omits the end of this sentence.]
21 June 2000 Keith Henson pickets Golden Era Productions. The next
day Dexter sends a death threat to the Church. (TAB - A and AA)
1 July 2000 Keith Henson pickets Golden Era Productions. The same day
Dexter sends two death threats to the Church. One of the threats was
sent to the church 1500 times. (TAB - B and BB)
14 July 2000 Keith Henson pickets Golden Era Productions. On 15 July
the Church receives an e-mail which contains the internet address of an
anti-Scientology web site done by Dexter the web site contain death
threats and suggestions to bomb the personal houses of Scientologists

DETAILS:
On 08/16/00, the above listed victims were interviewed per the District
Attorney's Office request. On the above date, at approx. 0900 hours, I
made an unannounced visit to Golden Era Studios and contacted Hoden,
the location manager. I asked Hoden the number of personnel at this
location. Hoden said that there were approx. 735 workers. I advised
Hoden that I needed to interview five of these workers about the threat
from Henson. Hoden said that they have not notified all of the
personnel because they did not want to cause mass fear in the workers.
Hoden said they have a paging system that notifies about 100 of their
personnel that Henson is present. Hoden said that these 100 employees
have been briefed about Henson. Hoden said that when the page goes out
there are

several personnel that will go to the two tunnels, which runs under Hwy
79 from one side of the compound to the other. Personnel are also told
to stay away from Hwy 79 and fence next to Hwy 74 when Henson is
present.
All five subjects interviewed stated that they received information
about Henson from Ken Hoden They are all part of the paging activation
system used when Henson is protesting at the Golden Era location. All
have seen Internet posting by Henson and know of Henson's dealings with
explosives. All fear that Henson is capable of carrying out his threat
to blow up the church and all fear that he might blow up Golden Era
Studios. They fear he might "lob" some sort of grenade or incendiary
device over the fence into the compound.
Several weeks ago I contacted Hoden, and advised that I would need to
interview some of the staff about this incident. Wagoner, Gilchrist,
Reid and Dufresne were contacted by Hoden and told of a possible
pending interview with detectives. All of the people interviewed stated
that they were not told what to say, just that there would be an
interview concerning Henson.
Per the District Attorney's Office this case will be submitted with an
arrest warrant declaration.

Anthony Greer declares that he is a PEACE OFFICER employed by THE
RIVERSIDE COUNTY DEPARTMENT. That he HAS INVESTIGATED THE REPORTED
CRIME of 11418.5 PC. That he ON INFORMATION AND BELIEF alleges the
following to be true:
The Defendant, Keith Henson was arrested on 071900 for the above listed
crime. Henson released per 849(b) (1) PC pending further investigation.
Your Declarant conducted a follow-up investigation into this matter.
Your Declarant discovered Internet posting about the Church of
Scientology that where posted on the Internet by Henson. Some of the
postings go as far back as 1995, and others are current. Some of the
current postings talk about GPS (Global Positioning Satellite). There
was a current photograph of Henson and another male subject taking a
GPS reading in front of Golden Era Productions, a company of the Church
of Scientology, located on Gilman Springs road in San Jacinto. There
were other current and old postings talking about ICBM missiles, Cruise
Missiles and others. There were postings from Henson talking about
modern weapons being accurate within a few yards and many more. Henson
also communicates on another Internet WEB site that talks about
explosives.
On 08/03/00, Your Declarant conducted an out of custody interview
[with] Henson. Your Declarant showed Henson numerous Internet writings
from the anti-scientology Internet WEB sites. Henson admitted to Your
Declarant that he posted these writings on the Internet. Henson told
Your Declarant that he posted these to make David Miscavige, the head
of the church "paranoid". Henson told Your Declarant that these posting
are "psychological warfare against them", meaning the church. Henson
told Your Declarant that this was "psychological threat, psychological
weaponry only". Henson denied having any weapon of mass destruction.
Henson told Your Declarant that he has been protesting the Church of
Scientology since 1995, when the church had an Internet WEB site
deleted from the Internet. Later, Henson was sued by the church for
copyright violation, forcing him to file bankruptcy.
Henson told Your Declarant that was involved with pyrotechnics and
explosives as a business and hobby in the early 1970's while living in
Arizona. Henson told Your Declarant that he does responds to questions
and comments on the explosive WEB site.
On 08/16/00, Your Declarant conducted interviews with five members of
the Church of Scientology, who are assigned to the Golden Era
Productions company. All five told Your Declarant that they have been
told about Henson and are afraid that he will carry out his threats to
blow up the church or Golden Era Productions. All five told Your
Declarant that they have had to adjust bus schedules and work schedules
due to the fear Henson will "lob a grenade or incendiary device" over
the fence into the compound. They told Your Declarant that there are
approx. 100 employees at Golden Era who receives a page when Henson is
at the property. Those paged are to keep the rest of the employees away
from the road in front of Golden Era and the two tunnels that go under
Hwy 79 for fear Henson might blow them up.
Your Declarant feels that the elements of the above section have been
met due to the fear of the victims and the fact that they have had to
alter the business due to that fear.
WHEREFORE, Your Declarant prays that an Arrest Warrant issue for the
arrest during the day or night of Keith Henson WMA 510,200, Brn, fizi
Date of Birth 071242. Address of 302 College Street, Palo Alto CA.
