An interesting point was made by Rosen in front of my bankruptcy
judge on Sept. 13. Rosen stated that RTC had spent $2 million on me.
Rosen is an agent of his client and is presumed to be making
a representation in good faith with a proper factual basis. It
is on the record, and I believe he would be judicially estopped
from denying it.
RTC spent (according to their own court filings) about 860k on
the copyright case, and 96k on the contempt business. They have
spent 60k on appeals, making a total of $1.02 million.
Subtracted from Rosen's $2 million figure, that means that they
have spent very close to $1 million on the bankruptcy case.
Lately, I have independent evidence that they are spending over
$100k per month on me. An analysis of the recovery potential
by an accountant (of which the law firms have plenty) would give
them a best case collection potential of far less than the amount
they are paying law firms *per month*.
What is wrong with this picture? Is this a proper use of the
Federal courts? Or are they being used as weapons to fair game me?

PS. What with Helena accidently letting me know about the Hemet
appearance, Rosen blurting out this figure, the Hemet bailiff
handing me the notice that should have been mailed (or thrown
away) and Frank Petty threatening my life with a deadly weapon,
the week of Sept. 11-17 might be the worse in recent times for
cult screwups.
