Along the line of finding the address of Robert DelBianco (PI license number 058439) I got a *most* interesting communication last night.
It might have to do with why the agency "executive director" David L. Brewer "is out of the office" and has been for the last ten days.
Will try to post more about it this evening.
Along another line, it seems that such items as the tape the investigator made have to be preserved for two years. It's in the regulations for PIs. They can't claim the camera had no tape because Robert showed some of it to the police.
