Last week I called your (Judge Weissbrodt's) office. The person who called me back suggested I bring up 2 short procedural matters.
Mail takes so long to get to Canada, sometimes more than 15 days, that
I do not always get timely notice.
For example your last order in this case was signed more than a week before I had any notice of it.
Also, I heard from my wife that the Desotel lawyers filed some motions. I have not seen them apparently because they were sent Stan Zlotoff's office. When I inquired, Mr. Zlotoff said the Desotel lawyers had been given notice that he withdrew
Given these problems, do I need to file a motion or can I ask here for an order in this case that I get notice of motions by fax?

In the past 2 months Robert Del Bianco has subjected me to criminal harassment. Mr. Del Bianco is a private investigator and his agency was paid substantial fees to harass me. The creditors in this case are the only ones with motivation.
In the last few months a person known as "Faxhor" has been posting from the University of Hawaii library. Faxhor viciously libeled me on the net. Some volunteers took photographs of him at a terminal and identified Faxhor as Robert Carlson. Robert Carlson appears to be a scientology staff member. Ten years ago his wife was the executive director of scientology's operation in Hawaii.
When I brought these matters up to your office person, she suggested I ask you where to report criminal attacks on me by other parties in this case.

Posted too late for the scns to get it off the net. :-)
