Here are the developments.
Last week I showed the rules about licensed PIs to the local police who responded to my 911 call. The police decided that they should have given me the PI's name and license number because PIs here are required by law to do so if you ask if they are PIs--and I did.
The guy's name is Robert Del Bianco, possibly delBianco. Ontario PI license number 058439.
I went in to the court today to see about adding him to the complaint filed against his boss. The court would not take it, deeming his license number insufficient to locate him.
The bureau that grants these license said they could not supply it either, citing privacy laws. The did suggest I look at the draft act before parliament and make comments as to how it might be improved.
Both the court and the license bureau said I was free to do anything I wanted to get his address such as posting his name and picture on the net or hiring PIs to go looking for him.
So if anyone has his address, I need it for a court filing. Phone number would help too.
I will post the URL soon as I get some pictures on the net.
Be interesting to know what happened to the guy who runs the agency too. David L. Brewer has not called the police as requested in more than a week. Hope he is ok and not in some cult lockup.
