Dear Ms Seid:
This is advance notice that I will be filing a motion with the court about the extralegal criminal harassment visited upon me here in Canada.
On April 29, 2005 a private investigator, Robert Del Bianco engaged in criminal harassment against me as defined under Canadian law. He also assaulted me with injury, damaging nerves in my leg when he tried to push me out of his way with his rented minivan.
Del Bianco was working for Solutions Security & Investigations which in turn was working for another private investigation agency based in Mississauga. The ultimate client was in the US and claimed to have an active lawsuit against me. This much was determined by Gino Tatasciore, an officer of the Ontario Provincial police.
Privacy laws in Canada have made it difficult for me to obtain the name of the second private investigation firm or the client, but if the client was not lying to a police officer, it had to be one of the creditors or their lawyers in this case. Since the only creditors who have taken an interest in the case are RTC and Dezotell and co, it has to be either the principles or their lawyers the officer talked too. (This bankruptcy action is the only suit against me that I know about.)
Last week I talked to David Cook who is representing Dezotell and Co. He was abusive and most evasive.
You may, if you wish, categorically deny that RTC was involved in the extralegal criminal harassment. I am probably going to ask the court for the right to propound interrogatories to get to the bottom of the assault and harassment incident.
Sincerely,
Keith Henson
