Hoden might be connected to the Canadian PI. I have information from an OPP officer that the client of the second level PI firm claimed to be "involved" in a lawsuit against me.

That means interrogatories go to RTC, Hoden, Dezotell, Wagoner, and the US Trustee plus all the attorneys who are or have been of record for all of these people, Kobrin & Moxon, Rosen, David Cook, and a considerable list of others.

Of course Hoden gets interrogatory questions about his testimony in the criminal trial.

Of course that was before I was told by a county official just how corrupt the entire process had been.

I sure wish I could find him. Depending on his circumstances he might be willing to talk. (Like if he has cancer and is not going to live long.)
