That seemed to be true at the time, though if you read the sentencing document, the GPS readings were still being used to determine my sentence.

I have subsequently and very reluctantly come to the conclusion that trial was largely a staged event to make it look like there was an honest court proceeding.

This is consistent with the strange informal record sealings done to the cult's advantage and with the information I was getting from some county insiders who took the chance to warn me that my conviction was "political" but were fearful to speak to law enforcement.

Some members of the DA's office were involved in the conspiracy, probably all the way to the top considering the Feffer letter to Trask that Graham Berry saw.

Tom Gage was in on it for sure, he conspired with Moxon and Paquett in the "failure to appear" entrapment attempt that the cult wrecked when they misread a filing of mine in the Hurtado case.

I am not sure about Schwarz but lean in the direction that he didn't know for sure the proceedings were tainted though he might have suspected. If he was a little brighter he would have picked up on how Abelson directed the jury selection process.

We won't know from the judge since he is dead. Because he had done a lot of entertainment arbitration, I suspect his connection to the cult was a lot deeper than just knowing Abelson.

I am not sure about this, but I suspect that the cover up included me dying in jail before there could be an appeal. At least that's what the county officials intimated.

What with the statute of limitations expiring and inducing people to talk, OSA insiders being RPFed and leaving, and Tom Cruise destroying the cult's PR clout, I expect there will be interesting developments over the next few months.
