My but it was an interesting day.

David J. Cook, the lawyer for Dezotell, Hoden and Wagoner called me this morning.

He was mainly complaining about the quality of the fax I sent him and asked me to send him a copy by email. Since I was away from computers or even a pen, I asked him to send me an email and I would follow it back with a Word copy of the interrogatories I sent him and Ken Hoden. I expected to see it when I got home but had to call him again got get him to send me his email.

We discussed (among other things) where his client Hoden was. He would not admit to having met Hoden, in fact was unsure of how the name was pronounced, or maybe that was Dezotell.

I told him that Ken Hoden was last reported to be in scientology's punishment program, on the second floor of the west wing of "big blue" sleeping in a dorm with 50 other RPF'ers with the fire doors chained up and chipping paint off sewer lines in the basement.

We also talked about how this case would make him famous as far as hits on Google was concerned. For some reason he didn't seem particularly thrilled.

I don't think he was expecting quicksand when he got into this case.

We had a bit of a discussion about extrinsic vs intrinsic fraud and agreed to disagree on a number of points, he arguing that the case had been fully litigated and me saying it had not because I had been forbidden to say that I had been picketing much less why--and that the law under which I was convicted has a specific exception for first amendment activity.

I told him I really appreciated the opening he gave me of dragging the criminal case into the bankruptcy court for review. Incidentally, he does not know what happened to the judge in that case.

I have to wonder if he cleared the motion he filed with Rosen, Moxon and company or if they were all sandbagged by the judge's order in response to my motion. Of course it is all connected to somebody's ham handed harassment/intimidation with the PI back at the end of April.

The most interesting thing David L. Cook said was that Robert K. Schwarz had sent him his interrogatory. Now why would Robert be talking to a scientology attorney? (Unless you think Sea Org people could hire expensive legal help.)

I wonder if Robert thought that sending it on to others would be proof that Robert Schwarz was served.
