Others will post more details, but the rule did not change. I walked in front of the FH as did any number of people in tee shirts of various messages and those who were taping the picketers across the street. Arnie was into the megaphone NO OTs trip. Others were not so lucky, the police arrested two people this morning, no picketer though. The first was some unfortunate young guy with no shirt in a little grey car. I have no idea of why they got him. I was standing next to Gregg at the time and mentioned to him that one of the cops had drawn his gun. No shots fortunately. The other was a guy in what looked like sea org dress who went by me (I was at the south end of the group) yelling and giving people the finger with both hands. Doing this to the cops who were standing in front of the FH was a case of the stupids, unless it was a drama set up just to show how the cops will arrest scns. I am being called to lunch, so this will have to be continued later. Keith Henson
