The statements herein are my belief that the policy of L.Ron Hubbard on Fair Game is in effect at this time.

In that I have chosen to be friends of those persons who have exercised their Constitutional right to picket, I have had many instances of fair game used on me. I had experienced Fair Game Policy shortly after the picketing of Golden Era. Muriel Dufresne, PR person for Golden Era [Scientology headquarters] visited many members of the community where I live. She delivered Dead Agent Packets to many of the elderly people here. Some refused them. She visited the manager of this complex and voiced her opinion that I was housing a dangerous criminal and something should be done about it.

Private Eyes [Private Investigators] were used to harass the neighbors by parking in front of their homes daily and through the night. I was followed constantly. In one instance a van driven by a women P.I. came up on the right side of my car as I was to make a left turn and quickly made a left out of the right lane to follow me. Extremely frightened for fear one would cause accident. I was followed to the medicine shop where calls had been made in my name ordering out dated prescriptions.

Conversations made at my dining room table were repeated word for word to one of the men who picketed at Golden Era--all within an hour.

I believe the constant calls to the manager here where I live as an attempt to cause me problems.

As recent as Mar 1, 2001 a van was seen backing out of my driveway at three A.M. My sensor light had been damaged so as to leave the driveway in darkness.

And the most recent act of Fair Game was a letter from my Scientology son.

This last letter was posted to Parishioners page which is a Scientology public web page.

I have attached a copy (Note I have a "disconnect" letter mailed to me in l977--it is dated June 20, l977 signed by my son)
