Hand delivered. Dear xxxx: I talked to US Attorney xxxxx xxxxxxxx Friday of last week. He advised me on organizing this material, particularly on what laws seem to have been violated by the numerous attempts of the Scientology organization to get people arrested and jailed by staging crimes. Tuesday, after I mentioned we had talked, he told me to take it to you initially and that--if you consider it appropriate--it should go to him. Mr.xxxxxxxx said that what the Scientologists were doing (faking crimes and using the criminal justice system against critics) was extortion, not of money, but trying to extort silence from people. He pointed me to Title 18, Sec. 1952(b)(2) "extortion, bribery, or arson in violation of the laws of the State in which committed or of the United States," Sec. 1512, "Tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant" and Sec. 1513. "Retaliating against a witness, victim, or an informant," since every one of the people mentioned below reported criminal activities of Scientology to the FBI or other law enforcement before the extortion took place. Other probable violations include Sec. 1503, 1510, 1511, 1425, 1426, 1427, 1546 and perhaps 1581-1588. [editorial note, the French indicted Scientology on extortion April 4, 2001] There are so many cases that it would qualify under RICO. The attached inch and a half stack of paper is in sections. First is the high level political part. I know RICO investigations cannot start without approval from the Justice Department. The previous administration's friendly relations with John Travolta precluded taking on this group no matter what they did. The current President is not happy with the way concerns about Scientology and other extreme groups derailed his faith based initiative. Also, President Bush seems to have to the same problem I have--not knowing better than to take a stick to a hornet’s nest. The papers (mostly news stories) related to this subject are labeled "Presidential Interest-faith based." The next section is about what scientology did in trying to get Tom Klemesrud, an FBI and IRS-CID informant, jailed by staging the appearance of a crime. Until about a week ago the story of the woman who spread blood all over Mr. Klemesrud's apartment didn't make sense to me. But after a mention that the "Dead agent" (character attack) material used in Finland to extract information from an anon remailer service contained material about Mr. Klemesrud being investigated for murder, it suddenly became clear to me that the object of this bizarre episode (by scientology operatives, particularly Gene Ingram) was to get Klemesrud arrested and jailed for weeks while the LAPD looked for a body to go with the blood all over his apartment. The operation went sour when Klemesrud did not pass out from the drugs put in his drink and called the FBI and 911. There are transcripts of the 911 calls included in this material. The next section relates to the recent trial of Mark Bunker in Chicago. (Mr. Bunker is the person who made the video you viewed.) Again they were using the criminal justice system in an attempt to extort silence from a person who has been an informant/witness a number of times. I left out the trial transcript, but I can give it to you on disk, email or a pointer to a web site. Arnie Lerma is next. He has been subject to three attempts to get him arrested. You can check with FBI agent Tim O'Conner of the Terrorist Task Force in Washington for details on one of them about "blacking out the Internet." Lerma's web site, www.lermanet.com gets *thousands* of hits every month from various law enforcement agencies, most of them in Washington. This is followed by a section on Pedro Lerma (no relation) of Spain. This matter is still current, with a number of Scientologists being tried in Madrid at the moment, including (in absentia) the figurehead President of Scientology, Heber C. Jentzsch. Mr. Jentzsch is missing after forfeiting a million dollar bond to the Spanish government. Jentzsch was charged (among other crimes) with "Simulation of a felony." Bob Minton is next. Mr. Minton has been subjected to trumped-up criminal proceedings three times, once in Boston and twice in Clearwater, FL and attempts have been made in other countries. The last time in Clearwater I was brought in on the same charge of violating an injunction that limited picketing. Mr. Minton has conveyed a great deal of information to a number of high level investigative agencies and qualified before any of this started as a witness/informant. Minton has put several million dollars of his own money into exposing the abuses of scientology and providing a place where people like Lawrence Woodcraft (next section) can expose abuses as Mr. Woodcraft does in his declaration about massive asbestos exposure of passengers and crew on Scientology’s Freewinds cruise ship. Another person who has been arrested after being framed by scientology is Jesse Prince (next section). Mr. Prince was charged with manufacturing a drug after a single small marijuana plant was found on his property. There is a hearing April 9, 2001 on allowing questioning of the two private investigators who brought their "discovery" to the police in Largo, FL. One of these, a private investigator named Gaston, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx. Mr. Prince has talked *extensively* to FBI agents about a long list of what he knew and did, particularly in the matter of corrupting judges when he was highly placed (#2) in Scientology. His information is corroborate by the files the FBI has on PI Richard Bast's hiring of a prostitute in Los Angeles to compromise Federal Judge Richey. Bast is also known for trying to compromised Federal Judge Ben Krentzman in Clearwater (for Scientology) with prostitutes and drugs. Mr. Prince has knowledge about the attempted judicial murder of a US citizen by a Scientology agent in Hong Kong and the payoffs to get Ron Miscavige, the father of David Miscavige (head of Scientology), out of assault and rape charges in his home town in Michigan. Allegedly, David brought in Scientology’s legal team and muscle to handle the situation and his father was released without consequences. Next is a thick stack of motions from my case in Hemet, CA where I have been charged under Cal. Penal code 422. I think you will find the motion and arguments to disqualify the entire Riverside County District Attorney's office interesting. If you want to pursue this matter, I believe xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is extremely unhappy with the role into which he was coerced. If you were to offer him minimum inducement, I believe he would be more than happy to cooperate. I think you will also find the DA's motion attacking the "lay opinion" of Deputy Tony Greer to be unique in a prosecutorial setting. In addition to these people, an attempt was made to charge my lawyer, Graham Berry, on the basis of the paid for and later recanted testimony of a certain Anthony Apodaca. Mr. Apodaca acknowledges in a deposition receiving $200 while in jail, and the lawyer, Donald Wager, who paid this money acknowledged doing so in a deposition and being reimbursed (page 57, line 24) by Scientology agent/lawyer Kendrick Moxon. (Wager was also involved in the Tom Klemesrud attack above.) I have these depositions and will supply them on request. This is not a complete list. I am leaving out (but can supply) material I have on Paulette Cooper who was indicted by a Grand Jury in New York after Scientology agents stole her stationary with her fingerprints on it, mailed themselves a bomb threat, and brought the letter to the FBI. The FBI raid on Scientology in the late 70s confiscated the detailed plan and operational notes for framing Ms Cooper from Scientology’s headquarters in Los Angeles. I am also leaving out details of the 35 days in solitary confinement of critic Tom Padgett in Kentucky due to "lost" court papers, and the framing of the former mayor of Clearwater, Gabe Cazares, by Scientologists in a staged hit and run incident in Washington, DC (which cost Cazares a seat in Congress). To this you could add a very probable blackmail job on the former medical examiner in Clearwater. Most or perhaps all of these extortion efforts were controlled by unindicted co-conspirator Kendrick Moxon and all were paid for by tax exempt "religious donations." Mr. Moxon was not solely concerned with using the criminal justice system as a private tool to silence people. He was also involved in character attacks and civil cases to the same end per the Cipriano declaration. This declaration has been in the hands of the FBI in both San Jose and other places for months. (See www.lermanet.com/reference/cipriano.htm for a copy.) The next three sections, Kim Baker, Gardini, and Sample Attack are for background. If any US Attorney has the nerve to take up this matter, they can expect to be stalked, their background investigated, their character attacked, their children stalked, and perhaps their pets killed. So far Scientology has refrained from lethal attacks, but this cannot be entirely discounted as the shrinking cult becomes more desperate. Following that are two sections on RICO and some material on the infiltration of/attack on/ the Attorney General's office [in California] some years ago by scientology. The material is old, but they are operating from the same policy manuals to this day. I hope this letter (factual to the best of my knowledge, signed under penalty of perjury) and the enclosed material meets the requirements US Attorney xxxxx xxxxxxxx discussed with me last week.
