There is a lot of truth in what you say. However, when enough people
bitch about a situation like the clams running roughshod over the US
justice system, something *will* be done about it. (Or in the
alternative, people rise up in large enough numbers to do something if
no official response is forthcoming.)

For very good reasons, I expect this letter went right into the hands
of the scns. So there was no downside of posting it here.

A trait I seem to share with President Bush if you read the letter
carefully. Of course, Rosen as their official representative made it
clear to me that there was no upside to backing off. I don't remember
if was on the transcript, but he made it clear at a deposition that
only the death of scintology or me would end this battle, and that
even if scientology were to back off or die he would continue to go
after me personally just at they had.
Consider the example of Grady Ward. He has not been causing them any
trouble for at least a year and they *continue* to go after him tooth
and nail.
Being utterly cornered leaves me no option but to fight. Leaving your
opponents no way out is a stupid way to operate, but scientology is
well known for this trait. Has to do with all the brain's processing
power being used up running a low quality simulation of LRH's mind.
