I seriously wonder if the effort to use the DA to go after me was in large part retaliation or to prevent me from talking to the people investigating the Stacy Moxon death. If it was, then this seciton would come into play, because the attempted intimidation was directed toward disrupting my communications with people like Tony Greer--to whom I was supplying a lot of information about the conditions around Stacy Moxon's death--and as you readers know, I have a lot more about how she died which makes a lot more sense than the idea that she went into that transformer vault on her own inititive. ************ 137. (b) Every person who attempts by force or threat of force or by the use of fraud to induce any person to give false testimony or withhold true testimony or to give false material information pertaining to a crime to, or withhold true material information pertaining to a crime from, a law enforcement official is guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment in the state prison for two, three, or four years.
