Henson comments: "I lost big time. I am going to jail." I find this a bit premature. Nevertheless it does not look good. Frank Oliver will not be able to testify about Fair Game, and essentially, cult lawyers Rosen, Abelson, and RTC cultist Warren McShane were and will be micromanaging the case and coaching the DA at trial. The DA is reported as saying that it will be a short trial. Jury selection is Thursday. The prosecution team seems smug. We will see how this plays out. (The decimation of any chance of presenting a defense case is a mistrial, but the appeals court will have to settle that if Keith loses.) Basically nobody but the cult gets to testify and it is not admissible that they are trained liars nor that they have a policy ordering them to abuse the legal process to destroy enemies in any way possible. ptsc
